Do you come to me, or do I need to bring the car to you?

We operate as a mobile service. We come directly to your home, driveway, apartment garage, or workplace with all equipment needed for the job.

What areas do you service?

We serve all of DuPage County, including Naperville, Lisle, Downers Grove, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Lombard, Elmhurst, Aurora (DuPage portion), Woodridge, Carol Stream, Bolingbrook (DuPage portion), and nearby surrounding communities.

Do you need power or water from my home?

No. We are fully mobile and can operate using our own power and water setup. If you prefer, we can also connect to your home utilities.

How long does a service take?

Time varies by service level:

Interior refresh: 1.5–2.5 hours

Full interior deep clean: 2–4 hours

Salt stain removal: 45–90 minutes

Exterior maintenance washes: 45–90 minutes

Paint enhancement / 1-step correction: 4–6 hours

Larger vehicles may take slightly longer.

Will salt stain removal work even on heavy winter buildup?

Yes. Our extraction process removes both surface salt and deeper salt deposits in carpets using steam, agitation, and hot-water extraction. In rare cases where discoloration remains, fibers can still be restored to a significantly improved appearance.

What should I do to prepare my vehicle before the appointment?

Please remove personal items, trash, and valuables from the vehicle. This allows us to start immediately and focus on the actual cleaning and restoration.

Do you clean in cold weather?

Yes. We offer mobile interior detailing and salt extraction year-round. Exterior services may be rescheduled if temperatures drop too low for proper washing or drying.

Do you offer discounts or loyalty rewards?

Yes. We provide punch cards for repeat clients that accumulate toward a future credit or free service after completing a set number of appointments.

Can I combine services (e.g., interior + exterior)?

Yes. Many clients book bundled packages for the best value and overall transformation. You can choose from our Tier I–III bundles or customize your own combination.

Do you offer tint, wraps, or PPF?

These services are part of our long-term expansion under Troiani’s Customs. Tinting and custom appearance services will be available soon; more information will be posted as services roll out.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may require a rebooking fee depending on the situation.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. If you ever feel something was missed or needs touching up, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to correct it.

What are ceramic coatings?

Ceramic coatings are protective layers applied to your vehicle’s paint. They help guard against dirt, water, and minor scratches, making maintenance easier.
